Davies Presents and Co-Plans NCBA CLE on the North Carolina Uniform Power of Attorney Act

October 8, 2025 – Janice L. Davies to present on the North Carolina Uniform Power of Attorney Act for the North Carolina Bar Association at the CLE titled “2026 North Carolina Power of Attorney Action.”  Ms. Davies’ presentation is titled “Power of Attorney Practice: What We Have Learned Since 2018.”   She will also participate as a panelist on a moderated panel discussion.  Ms. Davies is uniquely qualified to present, participate, and co-plan this CLE for the NCBA as she chaired of the sub-committee on the North Carolina Uniform Power of Attorney Act for the Legislative Committee for the NCBA Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section and is one of the drafters of the North Carolina Uniform Power of Attorney Act.  The CLE is scheduled for In-Person and Live Webcast on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at the NC Bar Center in Cary, North Carolina.
