Davies serves as Immediate Past Chair of NCBA Council for Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section June, 2025 – Janice L. Davies is named to serve as Immediate Past Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association Council for the Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law Section for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Ms. Davies has served as a Member of the Council for many years.
